No agency, no team, no account manager passing your contact from person to person. I work from Lisbon, for the whole country. I'm the one who reads your message, builds the site and replies to you on WhatsApp.
The model
One person, institutional websites, fixed price.
I charge €97 or €247 a year, no monthly fee, and the domain always stays registered in the client's name, never mine.
Why I build first and charge later
I've seen too many people pay an agency upfront and wait months for something they ended up not liking. I flipped the order: I build the site first, then we talk about money. The risk of the site not working out is mine, not yours.
Scope
What I do and what I don't.
I build institutional websites for small and medium businesses: who the company is, what it does, where it's based and how to reach it. I don't build online stores, booking systems, social media management or content creation. I'd rather say this upfront than halfway through a project.
